Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit to how much text I can encode?
QR codes can hold up to ~4296 alphanumeric characters at the L error correction level. Longer content requires higher density and may be harder to scan.
Which error correction level should I use?
M (15%) is a good default. Use H (30%) if you plan to put a logo over the center of the QR code.
Are my QR codes stored anywhere?
No. Generation is entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers.
